Returns and Warranty
You must contact us prior to returning any goods to us. We cannot accept any returns that have not been authorised.
Depending on the product you purchased from us will depend on how we deal with your return or warranty claim.
We will then issue a refund or replacement should the item be found to be faulty and within the warranty period. All items carry a minimum of 12 months warranty. This does not include items that have been used incorrectly or damaged by you.
Please retain the original packaging where possible and return the item in this.
We understand the urgency and need to deal with faulty item swiftly, so we ask for you to be understanding and patient whilst we sort the problem out. Rest assured we will do our upmost to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
Please note we will need your order number and date of purchase and copy of your receipt for any warranty claims or returns.
Goods which are returned to us must be accompanied by a copy of your delivery note or a covering letter stating your name, address and order number and reason for return along with the return authorisation number we will provide.
Any returned item lost, damaged or defaced in transit sent from you to us will not be credited. All items we collect from you are covered.
We recommend that you use a reputable courier or Recorded Delivery service. Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility for Goods until signed for by us.
Unless expressly authorised by us in writing, unused items can only be returned for credit if unused unless faulty, complete, unopened and still sealed in the original packaging. Any items that are returned opened within 30 days will not be credited.
We aim to make the returns process as easy and as swift as possible.
